David Magan

David Magán (Madrid, 1979) is a sculptor and installation artist whose practice investigates the interaction between light, colour and space. Trained in wood and metal sculpture, his work evolved from glass towards modular structures that integrate industrial processes, digital design and structural calculation. Through geometric systems and spatial tensions, he creates works that transform architectural environments and place the viewer at the centre of a perceptual experience. He has held solo exhibitions at venues including CAB (Burgos), Museo Francisco Sobrino (Guadalajara), Cayón Gallery (Madrid) and Galerie Denise René (Paris). His work has been presented at the Havana Biennial and at international fairs such as ARCOmadrid, Art Cologne, Zona MACO and Pinta Miami. His works are included in public and private collections in Spain and Europe.
